Social ConnectorTerms of Service
1. The service
Social Connector is a companion app that connects your phone to your Social Connector workspace so activity you schedule in the workspace can run using your own device and your own social account session. The app requires an active workspace account.
2. Your account and your responsibilities
You are responsible for the activity you schedule through your workspace, for keeping your device and workspace credentials secure, and for complying with the terms of any third-party platform you connect. Use the service only with accounts you own, for genuine engagement with your own network.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to misrepresent who you are, to collect other people's data without a lawful basis, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Third-party platforms
Social platforms may change, limit, or suspend access at their discretion. The service depends on their availability, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of features that depend on them.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the app collects and why.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beep Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including actions taken by third-party platforms on accounts you connect. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your device and uninstalling the app.
